A fully equipped kitchenette features appliances such as ceramic hobs, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster, allowing for easy meal preparation. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and hand shower, along with a separate toilet for added convenience.

Large doors open onto a private terrace with outdoor furniture and a sunshade, offering a pleasant space to relax or enjoy meals outside. The layout extends naturally into the outdoor area, adding a sense of space.
