Quiet, comfortable and relaxing.

This is a beautiful VRBO. Very clean and spacious. We had concerns with only 1 bathroom (we had a couple of events to get ready for), but we made it work. Our 2 adult children are "boat nerds" and we all enjoyed watching the freighters go by. We definitely want to stay here again!

The views of the Bay were amazing

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our family to visit different sites in the area. The sunsets were spectacular and we loved being able to look through the telescope at all of the Freighters. The house was fully stocked with plenty of towels and linens. Bonus our hosts even had a bottle of wine waiting for us upon check in.

The place was very clean and the view was beautiful.

We loved the place It was clean and the view was awesome. We saw the freighters going by and sat outside on the balcony enjoying the view of the river. It was very quiet and private. We really enjoyed our stay and we definitely look forward to staying g there agai.

Peace, quiet, and beauty

This rustic getaway provided us with the peace and quiet we needed, while providing a good springboard to exploring the area. The accommodations were neat and clean. From the home's porch we were able to enjoy beautiful sunset views of St Mary's River leading out to Lake Superior!

Quiet weekend

The property is nicely located between Brimley and Sault Ste Marie. The neighborhood is quiet and was nice for walking. The views over the water were great! We saw several ships and the telescope made for fun viewing!

This was the best VRBO we have stayed in. The view was amazing, the house bright and clean. Things were well labeled and we had no issues finding anything we needed. The host was also quickly responsive to any questions. The location was perfect, private and quiet, but close to Sault St. Marie. Highly recommend this amazing home.

Loved the view

The kids (and adults) loved seeing the large ships going by. It became a bit of a game to see who could spot them first, and my oldest was fascinated with trying to get a close up picture and see if he could find the ship in a couple of the books available at the home. We would absolutely stay again for the view!

Excellent Balcony

As two small business owners it is hard to get away. We needed some UP north peace and quite. This place is perfect. The balcony looks over the bay off of Lake Superior just before it flows into the St. Mary's River. Watching the ducks and ships was excellent. The house is simple and wonderful, nothing fancy but comfortable, clean and clearly marked. We would happily stay here again. The neighborhood road ends at a Nature Preserve that is the perfect place to walk thru the woods.

Beautiful Property with Amazing View!

Highly recommend this property to everyone! Impressed from the moment we arrived. Absolutely zero complaints! Loved the view of the ships (multiple each day!). Home was clean and furnished with everything we needed. Will absolutely stay again, if we are back in the area. Cell service was great (AT&T). We also have a Verizon hotspot - great service for that as well!

off the grid

home was lovely a little outdated no air unit, if you are looking for being off the grid Electonically There is no cell service, no wifi, no internet , no tv I had to go 12 miles to town to call family so am not a fan of being off the grid electonically
