Great place

Very cute upstairs apartment, and equipped with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. There is a full size stove and oven, plus a small fridge, and freezer which was great to have when traveling with kids.

A delightful place to stay.

Lovely apartment just a few blocks to downtown and local sites. Very, very clean, comfortable furniture and lots of natural light. Host responded instantly to an inquiry. We would definitely stay here again!

Great town with a lot of history

This was our first stay in Sault Ste Marie. The house was just a 10 minute or less walk from the main street. Nice house. Very comfortable. And very clean.

Great Location

The location was close to downtown, tower, locks and other attractions. The property is shared with other parties. It was a little loud one night, otherwise it was fine.

Close To Soo Locks and Restaurants

Lovely, safe and quiet, with in walking distance of Soo Locks, shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable, adequate kitchen for short stays, the landlords are very responsive to questions and needs. Would stay there again. *Note: there is a flight of stairs with no lift.

A Quaint Getaway

Second floor apartment in a nice old home. Neighbors played loud music, but it was my favorite genre so I did not mind so much. Great location. Easy parking. Owners were nice.

Comfy and clean

Linens and furnishings felt new and fresh. Bones are as old as this 1940s (?) home, which is full of character. Good night sleep. Quiet neighborhood. We will be staying again!

Was nervous when we arrived as front steps were worn and had cobwebs on them but upon entering it was charming and the apartment was very clean

Relaxing and comfortable

My husband and I enjoyed our time here! It is so calming and relaxing after a day full of adventure. Everything was comfortable. We found the location to be very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The host was very responsive whenever we reached out to him. We would absolutely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

The upstairs apartment was perfect for our stay in Sault St Marie. The location was great and walking distance to the locks as well as the shopping/restaurant area. Tahquamenon Falls was a great day trip! The kitchen is small but I didn’t plan on cooking on this trip so it wasn’t a problem. Went to Oh Crêpe and Coffee on our last day and it was delicious!

Winter Stay downtown Sault St Marie

I was very impressed with this perfect VRBO during my stay. There was more in this VRBO than originally listed - including a refrigerator, freezer, gas range, and there is a French press, but no coffee. I also received a message before I left from the host that I did not check until I had already left (being on Vacation I dismiss my phone) about taking the trash out and leaving the key - I wish this information would have been left in the VRBO. All in all, lovely place, lovely location.

Great apartment

The unit was clean and well kept for an older home. It was comfortable ,plenty of places to sit. We did not make any meals. The refrigerator is small and would not handle many groceries.

Great for a short stay.

Kitchen is not condusive to fixing a meal but warming up items brought from a restaurant is ok but frig will not hold much but drinks. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious enough and living room and dining rooms were great for 2 people. Tv was not easy to find anything you wanted.

We loved the location of this property. It is within walking distance of the Museum Ship Valley Camp, the Soo Locks Tours, the Soo Locks Visitor Center and a good number of restaurants.
