"Room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable with the exception of the pillows which were mismatched and quite horrible. The mattress was amazing though! The hotel also has dispensers for shampoo and body wash in the shower. Unfortunately I didn’t check these before starting my shower and discovered that only one (shampoo) was working. First, the hotel does not offer breakfast. The restaurant associated with the hotel is excellent, but they close pretty early during the week (8:45). I ran over (outside) at 8:48 to see if I could grab a glass of wine and they had already locked the doors. I think this is pretty early to close a hotel bar. Lastly, there are many amenities offered, but they aren’t on site which makes it a little inconvenient to enjoy."

"What a great home and a beautiful view--we didn't want to leave. The house was immaculate with all of the amenities and so comfortable. It was the idyllic retreat. The view of the Esopus from the deck and beautiful wall of windows is ever-changing throughout the day, and the deck is a wonderful place to sit outside and enjoy its serenity. It's just a 3-minute drive into Saugerties, so if you don't want to cook or barbecue, it's easy to eat out at nice restaurants and enjoy the shops. We hope to rent this awesome home again in the not-too-distant future."
