About this property

Butterfly and Sage: 2 Studios, Shared Yard

  • Just 5 minutes from Exit 20 off I-87. This listing books BOTH sister studios, Butterfly Bungalow and Sage Sojourn, side by side on one property. Both interiors were renovated top to bottom in 2026: spotless and fully outfitted. Outside, the yard work is done: the old torn-up lot is now a stone courtyard between the studios, with fire pits going in now. Our photos still show the yard mid-construction; fresh pictures are coming soon.

    Each studio has its own private entrance, a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. Same guest code opens both doors. The two studios sit side by side with the front house being a private residence.

    Note: true tiny homes, 14 in shower entries. Hot water differs by studio. There is only a camera pointed at the driveway, to monitor for packages and other security matters. It records sound, but cannot see or hear inside either unit. The property sits right on Route 212 near the Centerville Fire Company, which has an occasional daytime siren.
