This newly renovated one room suite can be rented on it's own, or in combination with the other Haven Suites. Located in Downtown Saugatuck behind the community sparkplug that is the Saugatuck Center For The Arts. This unit has a 2-night minimum most of the year.

Within the space, you'll enjoy a cozy king-sized bed with new mattress, smart TV, and a kitchenette complete with mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Looking for a space to enjoy your coffee? Indoors, you can sit at our high top round table that seats two. Or you could head outdoors into a semiprivate space complete with seating and a gas grill.

Super cute with great location

My husband and I stayed at the stable loft and thought it was in a great location! The loft was clean, easy to access and looked like the pictures. Communication was excellent and we will recommend this property.

Perfect , first floor unit across from Saugatuck Center for the Arts. Our purpose to see Jersey Boys. Short walk to restaurants, etc. Lovely private back yard with tables.

Great Experience staying in the Stable Unit

We really enjoyed our stay in the Stable Unit. It was conveniently located to downtown Saugatuck, the outdoor area was very nice, the unit was updated and very clean. Overall, it was a great experience!

The proper was perfect. It is located steps from the main streets of downtown Saugatuck. Every possible amenity you would need was available in the rental. The rental was comfortable and immaculate!!! We will rent here again!!!

If you are looking for a great location this is it! We stayed in the "stable unit". It was clean and was supplied with most essential items. The freezer was frozen over so no ice. No ice machine on site, no hot tub between 10p-8a (huge disappointment). The hot tub is tucked in the corner but open not private and shared wifh several units. No covered area available to guests who do not stay in the front of the main house. Bathroom is tight-very small but clean. If you are a large person you will habe a very hard time in the shower. Expected better for amount we paid.
