Perfect location and adorable space!

I stayed here with my now husband the week we got married in Saugatuck! This was an awesome location, walkable to everything, super charming decor and beautiful view from the bedroom! Everything was exactly as listed and I would definitely stay again!

Great Place and Great Location!

The views from this place are better than expected and the place is much bigger than I imagined. If you're looking for a 1 bedroom rental for your vacation, this place is a must! The location is right in the middle of it all and everything is just a short walk away in town.

Perfect Location for Shopping Fun

In the heart of town, this place was perfectly located for my girlfriends and I to have a wonderful girls weekend filled with food, fun, and shopping. We thought it would be loud, but it was very quiet and private.

Great Location

This location was excellent. Walking distance of everything. The only downside was the sleeper sofa is broken. Until that is replaced, this a perfect place to stay for 2 people or bring your own air mattress for more than 2.

The location is fantastic in the heart of Saugatuck. The space is pleasant and comfortable. Access is up a full flight of narrow stairs. The only real challenge was trying to use wi-fi during the day. It was slowed significantly from after business hours.

Great location, overall happy.

We stayed for 3 nights and overall I am happy with our stay. You cannot beat the location in Saugatuck, right in the middle of everything! Only complaints are there was some mold growing in the shower, the bed wasn't the greatest and I could tell the place was pet friendly by the smell on the rug. Since our stay was short, these didn't bother us because the location and overall cleanliness was very good

Fun being right downtown

Immaculate and great location. Definitely not for someone who has trouble with stairs, but we didn’t. Fireplace was nice added warmth. Wish we had come for the weekend instead of weekdays as some restaurants and stores were closed.

Right in the center of town

This home is definitely in a prime location! Right in the middle of town, it is an easy walk to practically everything. You might have to walk quite a while to get to your car, as parking isn’t included and during busy times, it is impossible to find parking in the town.The house is cute but starting to show its age. Things looked clean, but mildew stains on the tile in the shower and the terrible smell of cat urine when you first walk in didn’t leave the best impression. Thankfully the cat smell didn’t continue through the whole house, just the front steps.

OUT OF ORDER

Was extremely quiet and relaxing (November stay) only noise was the music from the shop below and that's to be expected. Bedroom view was awesome as well. Lots of things were inoperable including the fireplace (the main reason this place was rented) and nobody from Vacasa let us know beforehand, and when brought to their attention was given an attitude of "oh well." Probably won't stay here again because of this. Please resolve for better business practices in the future to prevent from losing return business (like us)

It was nice, but…

The property had charm and was in a great location. However there was a loud buzzing noise coming from just outside the window. It made it hard to sleep. We tried to contact the property manager using the number provided but the message was blocked. After several attempts we just had to deal with it. I’ve never given a critical review but I would have liked to know beforehand.

Terrific location, attractive property, very clean ... with caveats.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful property right in the middle of downtown. Fresh, modern, and clean. I got great support from Avery, who came out to get the TV working for me. The things we didn't like were: 1. Only one fire exit from the premises, unless we wanted to jump down from a 3rd floor or 2nd floor window; 2. No dedicated parking space; 3. Drapes in living/dining room are nearly see-through, and there is a sleeper sofa there where neighbors could see at night; 4. The promotional literature did not mention the bedroom is on the 3rd floor from the street, which is an issue for some seniors/elderly.

Lovely stay!

We loved being in the heart of downtown Saugatuck. We were right next door to Kilwin’s - great for the palate, but not the waistline😂. But we were on vacation - so it was all good - no, actually delicious!! The place was very cottage-like with cool folk art touches here and there. We would stay there again, for sure! Only things to be aware of - lots of steps up to the place and then to the bedroom. Although there’s a pull out - I think it’s more suited to a single or couple. The upper level compressors from buildings next door created some noise. We used a provided fan for white noise at night. Slept well! The gas fireplace needed the pilot lit and the response was immediate and the service within a few hours. We are “spoiled” by Xfinity voice command for cable - the place had streaming, I believe. We weren’t there to watch TV though - so it was ok. Overall we were very happy with our stay!!

Great location, room for improvement

Great location steps away from all the shops/restaurants of downtown Saugatuck. Right near the waterfront. Small dog treat bag was left on the counter which was very thoughtful! The apartment showed signs of wear and tear including some staining on the furniture and a sticky banister. Bathrooms were clean, but some cobwebs and dust visible in corners of the apartment including closets. Outdoor patio is very small (for 2-3 people at most). Unfortunately, used gum was stuck on the patio floor and my dog stepped in it. Drapes in the living area don't block any light from outside, making it difficult to sleep on the sofa bed. No hangers in the closets. The mutli-level nature of the apartment made it difficult with a dog because the stairs are wooden and slippery for their paws. We appreciated that this place was dog friendly but didn't find many features of the apartment appropriate for having a pet there.

Get trip away!

The property is a very cute apartment right in the heart of everything. So many shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Also right by the water for some beautiful views. 5 minute drive from oval beach that has an amazing sunset. Dog friendly. So considerate and even left us a treat bag for her.
