  • 4**** classified villa, which can accommodate 8 people, located in Saubion, a few minutes from the beaches of Hossegor and Seignosse and the golf courses, this renovated villa combines comfort and relaxation. It offers a bright living room, a master suite with dressing room and shower room, two double bedrooms, a shower room and a guest toilet. Outside: secure salt-heated swimming pool, wooded garden, summer kitchen with plancha. Carport and 2 parking spaces included.

    Hotel bed and towels as well as a kit of welcome bath products are provided on arrival. Linen change during your stay available for rent and on request from the concierge.

    End of stay cleaning included in the overall rate. Daily cleaning at an additional cost and on request.

    In order to finalise your reservation, a rental contract must be signed before your arrival. Host & Villas Conciergerie will contact you to ask for the necessary documents to draw up this contract.
