"I booked the room 2 weeks out. They contact me less than a week from my trip and tell me they are closed and they will book me another hotel. The hotel they booked me was nice and their staff was nice. I had to move to Constanta for my last week there and the hotel refused to refund me any money even though I wasn’t staying at their hotel. The manager was nice when I tried to get my refund but in the end I got nothing refunded. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Their lobby was filled with mosquitoes...

"The property was dirty. I changed 3 rooms and they were all dirty. The staff didn't offer air conditioner rooms, the refrigerator was not working. The staff was not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel. Coming back after 20 years from the US to visit I felt like I was in the Ceausescu era."

Så vores lille datter på 2 år, sov på gulvet på en hynde vi havde taget i receptionen, da de ikke vil tilbyde hjælp. Vi kom kl 23, og der var ingen opredning til børnene. Det fik vi så dag 2. "Facilities are extremely poor for European standards. Room very noisy due to waste pipes and loud music from the bar as early as 7.30am. Everything inside felt filthy. Did not feel particularly secure. Staff unpolite and demanding. Breakfast uneatable. Only highlight was the smiley lady that check me out. Beach is few meters away but busy and water not clear."
