This is a very basic hotel room. Not really modern or chic, but it’s clean with a comfortable bed and it works. It’s in the middle of the island, so very accessible to everything by walking or taxi. Extremely close to the Walking street and all that is there.

I found out that I could have stayed in a nice clean private room hostel for WAY less money. The room smelled bad... and the bathroom was even worse. The shower drain needs to be cleaned out as that is where the stink was coming from I think. Housekeeping only left towels and water bottles outside the door and didn't clean the room at all in the 3 days I was there. Bed was quite hard.

Koh Lipe er et dyrt sted at overnatte. Dette hotel har præcis det man skal bruge og ikke mere. Sengen er hård som en sten, møblerne gamle og slidte. Bruseren tilkalket. Næste gang bruger vi flere penge og finder et bedre sted.

Banheiro sem box, tinha um degrau no piso onde ficava a privada e chuveiro, mas a água nao desci e ficava uma piscina. Voltava cheiro no banheiro. O traviseiro era duro e alto, parecia coberto c algum material emburrachado e a cama tb era muito dura, dornas costas é certo. Apesar de tudo a localização era excelente, ao lado da walking street, onde tudo acontece. Quarto era amplo e limpo.

Läget och byggnaden räddade upp

Bra läge med närhet till walking street och Pattaya Beach inte heller en lång promenad till sunrise beach och förvisso inte längre än tio minuter till sunset beach med de finaste solnedgångarna heller. Så nära till allt! Servicen var bra och man fick hjälp och tips med det mesta om man frågade. Även gratis transport till piren vi åkte hem ifrån. Men, till förbättringssidan: Toaletten luktade riktigt illa. Som mögel nästan. Det gick dock för sig om man hade fläkten igång och stängde toaletten efter sig. Däremot hittades flera kackerlackor också därinne. Många myggor letade också sig in i rummet eftersom det fanns en liten springa nere i dörrkarmen. Här kunde man ju lägga något i och för sig så försvann det problemet. Men det kom även väldigt mycket myror om man lämnade något framme.. något som dock verkar som ett allmänt problem på ön. Sängarna och kuddarna är väldigt hårda. Eftersom vi bodde här tre nätter nöjde vi oss men skulle förmodligen välja ett annat hotell nästa gång.

Buon hotel a due passi dalla eating street

Seconda esperienza in questa struttura. Buone camere pulite e bagno confortevole. A due passi dalla walking street. La colazione è inclusa nel ristorante adiacente con offerta di colazione intercontinentale e thai.

Personnel très chaleureux

Un accueil très chaleureux de la part du personnel . Chambre comfortable même si la climatisation faisait du bruit de temps’ en temps . Un seul hic la’television Que des chaînes en thai. Dans la salle de bain , la robinetterie est un peu vieillissante . Internet qui saute de temps en temps . En tout cas séjour très agreablè .

The room was quite clean, the employee friendly and they had a free taxi service. The location was good: Not on the loud walking street but very close to it in a quite side street. The room was changed due to high demand booking. We got the room on the first floor and too many mosquitos in the room.

Das erste Zimmer stank so nach Schimmel das uns schlecht wurde. Ein neues Zimmer wurde sofort zugewiesen aber das war nur gut pafumiert. Roch irgendwann genaus. Der Zustand des Bades und die enthaltenen Kakerlaken haben den Rest gegeben!! Das Hotel ist zwar günstig aber gebt lieber das doppelte aus und habt ein sauberes Zimmer! Lage ist ok aber lipe ist so klein da ist es egal.

Basic, clean and good location

It's very close the Walking Street where all pubs and restaurants are located but far enough to thr crowd and noise for a peaceful sleep. Room is very clean but a little bit dark. Have chronical Wi-fi problem. The rest is all fine.
