Beautiful ground-floor holiday apartment in the Saterland district of Sedelsberg, right by the Küstenkanal. The apartment features a sunny terrace with seating and a parasol, directly in front of the kitchen door by the garden house. Enjoy a central yet quiet location in the village center.



Pets are not allowed. A free parking space for your car or motorcycle is available. Shops, a bakery, pharmacy, and doctor are about 300 meters away and easily reached on foot. There is a bicycle storage area in the garden house. The apartment is non-smoking.



With approx. 44 sqm, the apartment is ideal for 2 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, Senseo coffee machine, fridge, extractor hood, microwave, egg cooker, toaster, and kettle. The living room offers a comfortable leather sofa, a large TV, a private Wi-Fi router, and a wardrobe. The bedroom has a modern box-spring bed and a spacious five-door wardrobe. The bathroom features a mirrored cabinet, a shower with rain showerhead (shower cabin approx. 98x98 cm, glass doors fold away completely), and a built-in hairdryer.



Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper are always provided. On arrival, you will find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, water, and small drinks ready for you. Check-in is from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. Our goal is to make you feel at home from the very beginning.
