The private backyard has a pool with lot chairs to enjoy. This home is 4 blocks to the BEACH to enjoy SUNRISES, surfing, rocket launches, kayaking, boating. Just minutes from top attractions like Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, USSSA Complex, Port Canaveral, Disney World.VERY CLEAN PLACE. 90 nights minimum to stay.

The house has 3 bedrooms with queen side bed and TV in each room, 2 full bathrooms. Big living room with 60’ TV. Amazing play room with a pool table. The backyard is big with nice side pool with different spot to sit and relax.

2. Put the garbage 🗑️ in the tanks outside. 3. Please let us know what time ⏰ you plan on leaving or shoot us a message to let us know once you have left. 4. All used towels leave in the bath.
5. Turn off all lights 💡 and A/C 6. All bed linens leave together on top of each bed 🛌. 7. All sports 🏀 equipments ⚽️🥅🏈🏓 and furniture please put back in the place found them. Antonio
