"An older property with all the charm and quirks associated with age. Clean and comfortable and in a nice location with beach access tho not walkable to restaurants. Would have appreciated a small refrigerator in our room and sink was out in the room separate from bath/toilet so a bit awkward. Shower never achieved hot or warm enough for comfort. No closet to speak of just a few coat hooks. Staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming."

"We had a blast. The lazy river was pretty basic, but perfect for a getaway. The Duck Dive Bar was always packed and understaffed, but having it there was a major plus. The continental breakfast was a great bonus. Location is perfect and walkable to everything. Beach is right across the street (behind the hotel) and an easy walk. We plan to stay again if we're ever in Cocoa Beach."
