Small but nice... The holiday home offers 2 rooms, a shower, and a kitchen in approximately 30 m² of space, with sleeping accommodation for 4 (double bed + sofa bed).

The property is generally available for use (e.g., play structure with slide and swing, barbecue area) and is located in the second row from the street.

This house has air conditioning, which guests are welcome to use. However, the costs are not included in the rental price and will be billed separately after your stay based on the unit’s electricity consumption or deducted from the 100 EUR security deposit paid in advance.

Please note: Sassnitz charges a visitor’s tax. It is not possible to include this directly in the rental payment through FEWO. Therefore, the visitor’s tax will be billed separately.
