"An truly outstanding venue/hotel to stay at if you are visiting the Loire Valley. Great location less than a 10 minute drive to Amboise (best if you have rented a car). There are two horses on property that are friendly and walk/graze around the fields that surround the chateau. Facilities are modernized and well maintained and attractively appointed. Highly recommend and worthy of 5 🌟."

"We enjoyed our stay in this truly historic chateau. The property has so much history that we enjoyed walking around seeing everything. The architecture is fascinating. Beautiful view of the valley from the dining room. Our room was basic but clean. Big comfortable tub. They had forgotten to change out our towels so we had to ask for fresh. Minor inconvenience. We had an excellent dinner in a beautiful room with high ceilings and a view out to the courtyard. The breakfast is ala carte and plentiful. A nice variety of eggs, bacon, pastries, yogurt, cheese and meats. We were just there for one night driving through to Paris. It fit our needs perfectly."
