"The host was very responsive and was able to communicate with us using translation tools pretty easily. The location is great and the Hanok captures the feel of the village around it. Keep in mind because this is a historic building, that while there are certain modern amenities like a hair dryer, there is not a full size shower or full size towels, just hand size towels. "Dowon Guesthouse is a wonderful place to stay. The Hanok is pretty, and the location is very good. Walking distance to the Hanok village. The guesthouse owner is so kind and friendly. She helped us a lot and made our stay very pleasant. I really recommend staying at this Hanok."

"Very cute little home stay, kitchy with artifacts from Korea's past displayed throughout and in each room.
Rooms are VERY small compared to Western standards, even hostels and the beds are pads on the floor, which were surprisingly comfortable. Based on the images, I thought there would be beds. May have been my mistake."

"Property seems almost finished. Lobby smelled like fresh paint and our balcony doors still had construction tapes. Good location and clean room. Bathroom was a typical wet Korean style, which means shower w no stall or doors that would leave half the bathroom floor wet. Sink was also leaky"
"This hotel exceeded my expectations-it's even better than the photos. Everything was spotless, and the facilities are high-tech. My room had a clothing styler and an air purifier.
