  • New house half a mile from the beach and a few miles from the morbihan gulf.
    4 bedrooms , two bathrooms , private garden, garage
    this house is situated in the old fishing village of saint Jacques ( sarzeau)
    It's a new house very quiet and peaceful.
    Ideal for a family it's well equipped, washing machine, disg=hwasher, drier, ovens , BBQ, etc...
    if you enjoy fishing, swimming , diving or sailing it's the perfect place
    There are also plenty nice places to visit, 20 kms from Vannes, an hour drive from carnac, beautiful islands and fishing harbours.
