House of 47 m2 on one level located in a quiet impasse near the sea, on the heights of St Jacques.

- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room overlooking the terrace.
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed in 140 + bunk beds ( 1 x 120 + 1 x 90) closed by a curtain, storage
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet

NB: beds equipped with duvets.

Equipment: fridge with freezer part, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, TV.

Outside:
- A walled garden with a terrace equipped with an electric awning, a garden furniture, deckchairs and a charcoal barbecue.
- 2 parking spaces next to the house
