This contemporary and comfortable 106 m² house is nestled in a 1,500 m² enclosed, tree-filled garden. It accommodates up to 8 guests.



On the ground floor you will find:

- a spacious living area with a fireplace, a lounge with TV, and a dining room,

- a large fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, food processor, filter and capsule coffee makers, etc.),

- a large bedroom with a king-size bed,

- an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.



Upstairs includes:

- a large bedroom with a king-size bed,

- a large bedroom with a king-size bed (can be split into two) and a workspace,

- a bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm beds,

- a bathroom with bathtub,

- a separate toilet.



Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen are included in your rental.



A baby cot and high chair are also available for little guests.



You will enjoy the peaceful, green setting between forest and the Kerlevénan château park, as well as the proximity to beaches, the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands, local markets, shops in Sarzeau’s center, and Suscinio Castle.



Cycle paths and greenways start from the house, making it easy to reach all these sites by bike. Many hiking trails invite you to explore the Gulf’s natural landscapes.



Forget the car and embrace the relaxed pace of the peninsula.



Enjoy the large garden and terrace for outdoor meals. A barbecue is available for convivial evenings. You can store your bikes in a secure shed and have 4 parking spaces on the property.



Vannes train station is a 25-minute drive away, Nantes airport 1 hr 15 min, and Rennes airport 1 hr 25 min away.
