About this property

House - 14 people - le Logeo -Sarzeau- Breathtaking view of Golfe du Morbihan.

  • Family home on a 4000m² enclosed plot with direct access to Logeo-Kerassel beach; the coastal path passes in front of the house and leads to Port Navalo (Le Crouesty) and Sarzeau. Numerous cycle paths criss-cross the countryside. A golf course, sailing schools, and large sandy beaches are 3km away. A kayak rental centre and diving centre are located in Logeo. Other restaurants are 5km away. A small restaurant and several oyster tasting areas are also available. A small shop is 2km away, and supermarkets are 5km away. Inside the house, you'll find toys, board games, and basic groceries. In spring and summer, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a ping-pong table are provided. During school holidays, the minimum rental period is 3 days. In summer (August), a 7th bedroom is available, with a 150cm bed. The summer rate is €3500 per week.
