Charming cottage

Newly refurbished accommodation, charming and very well equipped. Lovely terrace which deserve a slightly larger garden. The owners, who live in the same grounds, are charming and attentive.

Summer Holiday stay

Great property and had fabulous week despite the weather! Lovely, charming owners who live next door gave us a warm welcome. House is good size, arranged on 3 levels decorated in a tasteful style with nice mix of traditional and new (Maybe stairs might not be easiest for infirm or infants though there are stair gates available). Well equipped - for cooking plus washer and dryer. Lovely small sun trap garden with table for dining and sun loungers. Located in quiet road and less than 3km from Sarzeau for bakeries, butcher, restaurants, market etc. Beautiful area between sea and gulf which is great for walking, running, cycling, swimming, water sports virtually from front door. Would thoroughly recommend.

Charmante maison idéalement située aux portes de Sarzeau et à deux pas des sentiers côtiers du golfe.Fraîche et lumineuse, elle est aménagée avec goût et qualité.Rien ne manque.Le petit jardin arrière est très agréable pour y déjeuner et passer un moment.Enfin, les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants.Excellent séjour familial qui nous donne envie de revenir

Un lieu parfait

Cette maison est magnifique, spacieuse et bien équipée. On s'y sent vraiment bien! De nombreux chemins balisés pour les vélos très proches permettent de faire de très belles balades et de découvrir des lieux magiques. Le quartier est calme. Le centre de SARZEAU se situe à 3 km et les plages pour se baigner sont à environ 7 km. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés !

Très belle maison bretogne

La maison est très belle et typique de la région. Elle est très bien équipée (électro-managé de qualité, etc), on sent qu'elle est habité régulièrement. On y trouve ce dont on a besoin dont les produits du quotidien (huile d'olive, sel, sopalin, produit vaisselle, etc). Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et facile d'accès. Le hic pour nous est que nous avons été dévorés par des nuisibles (que nous pensons être des punaises de lit). Même avec un accompagnement des propriétaires, cela a terni notre séjour.

Un coup de coeur pour la maison et son jardin !

Maison parfaite, nous étions 3, puis 5 et enfin 7 la 2è semaine, et largement de la place pour tout le monde. Tout le confort d'une maison personnelle, où l'on peut vivre à l'année. Petit jardin au calme et sans vis à vis. Bien située entre le golfe et l'océan, point de départ pour de nombreuses destinations : plages, îles, ... Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Maison au calme au bord du golfe

Nous sommes restés 7 jours dans cette maison parfaite pour un séjour en famille (3 petits enfants). L’équipement est complet et moderne et offre un grand confort. Le jardin joliment fleuri permet de profiter du beau temps et aux enfants de s’amuser. L’organisation et l’accueil sont très professionnels. Je recommande chaudement cette location.

On ne peut imaginer meilleur accueil que celui de Marc et Marie Noëlle. Ils sont chaleureux, souriants, adorables, prêts à répondre à toutes les questions et heureux de vous sentir bien dans la maison. Celle ci est très très agréable, d’une propreté parfaite, et très au calme. Le jardin, entouré d’arbres est très reposant. De plus, elle est proche de nombreuses plages superbes et du centre de Sarzeau où tous les commerces essentiels sont à votre disposition.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, a tel point que nous envisageons déjà de revenir l’an prochain!

Une semaine parfaite !

Nos hôtes sont des gens charmants, attentionnés et d’une grande gentillesse. Ils ont été au petit soin et toujours disponibles. La maison est parfaite, et notamment, pour une famille avec petits enfants. Tout y est en terme d’équipement, c’est un vrai confort ! La localisation de la maison est excellente : au calme au cœur d’un hameau du Golfe, proche du bourg de Sarzeau.

Belle maison qui ressemble tout à fait à la description ainsi que les photos

Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour en famille avec 2 garçons de 11 et 12 ans, une maison très agréable à l'image des propriétaires très charmant Il y a tout le confort nécessaire, comme à la maison.... Balade à faire proche du golf... Je recommande fortement cette location pour se reposer confortable.

Maison très agréable. Toutes les commodités sont présentes. La literie est confortable. Équipements bébé complet, nous avons beaucoup appréciés la barrière pour sécuriser les escaliers. Dommage que le temps ne nous ai pas permis de profiter plus du jardin.
