Septembre en Bretagne

Vacances superbes sur la presqu'ile de rhuys. La location convenait tout à fait à nos attentes. La proximité de la mer agréable pour nos balades du soir. La météo a été superbe. La propriétaire a gardé un agréable contact avec nous par sms durant le séjour. La conciergerie Frankiz à notre écoute et à notre disposition. Nous sommes très satifaits de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. La maison est conforme aux photos et très bien située. Elle est très bien équipée et le petit plus : tout le nécessaire pour bébé. La résidence est très calme. Très bon accueil et j ai apprécié la relation avec Claire la propriétaire qui a eu la gentillesse de nous envoyer un message pour savoir si nous étions bien arrivés et nous souhaiter un bon séjour! Je recommande cette location

Emplacement de choix au calme parfait pour des vacances en famille

Logement très bien situé à quelques minutes de la plage. Environnement particulièrement calme parfait pour un séjour en famille. Échanges, arrivée et sortie très faciles et conciliants. Tout est bien pensé pour les petits. Dans l’ensemble la maison est très agréable (mention spéciale pour la douche à l’entrée lorsqu’on revient de la plage) et bien équipée a l’exception du mobilier du salon qui a notre goût manquait d’assise confortable. Nous recommandons chaudement cette maison dans laquelle nous avons passé d’agréables vacances.

Sauber und funktional

Wir haben ein sauberes, funktional gut ausgestattetes Haus in guter Lage (Strandnähe) vorgefunden. Allerdings gibt es auf der Halbinsel schönere Strände als den Hausstrand, welche aber auch gut und rel. schnell zu erreichen sind. Die Gastgeber haben uns im Vorfeld gut „betreut“ und haben auch während des Aufenthaltes für uns ansprechbar.

Appartement très propre et moderne, bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine et proche de la mer. Place de parking inclus. Très bonne literie (lits simples mais transformables en lits doubles). Au calme. Draps, serviettes, torchons etc non inclus.

Propre, bien située mais mal équipée et très froide au niveau de la déco minimaliste

Très mauvais accueil au niveau de la conciergerie : 2h30 de retard,lamentable. Évitez les transats, il s’est plié et j’ai perdu le bout d’un doigt, j’ai passé le reste de mes vacances à l’hôpital. A éviter à tout prix…….

Belle location pour un séjour en famille avec de jeunes enfants

Location parfaite pour un séjour en famille avec de jeunes enfants: calme, très propre, bien équipée avec un petit extérieur agréable et exposé plein sud pour profiter de repas au soleil. Située à moins de 200 mètres de la plage. Parfait pour les petits et les grands!

Classe et confortable

Charmante maison très récente, en parfait état, avec jardinet, grandes chambres, sejour / salon / cuisine en une pièce unique moins spacieuse, exposition plein ouest donc très ensoleillée, le parasol n'est pas de trop pour déjeuner dehors ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, nous sommes ravis de notre choix et de la découverte de ce quartier de Sarzeau tout près de la plage !

Idéal pour se déconnecter.

L’emplacement à proximité de la mer. Une belle surprise à l’étage avec un aperçu mer. L’espace extérieur est très agréable. Logement très bien équipé. Compenser l’absence de réseau avec la wifi est indispensable pour permettre le télétravail et la communication avec l’extérieur. Les photos de ce décor méritent d’être diffusées en live.

Très bien sauf qu’il n’était stipulé nulle part que l’on accède à la location en grimpant une quinzaine de marches!! Donc inaccessible à personne à mobilité réduite !!

Super séjour près de Sarzeau !

Location toute proche de la mer, et des commodités (supermarché, centre ville de Sarzeau), propre, toute équipée, terrasse et espace vert, bonne literie, 2 SDB, isolation parfaite bref c'était presque parfait...le seul bémol, pas de WIFI et une mauvaise réception autour de la location.
