    The kitchen and its equipment are new as well as all the sanitary.

    Ideal for several FAMILIES, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with bathrooms, 3 bedrooms upstairs with bathrooms and a mezzanine.
    For your comfort, the house allows sleeping 2 people per room and that for 11 people.

Maison bien située mais peu adaptée aux enfants

La maison est à 3 mn à pied d'un observatoire qui a beaucoup plu aux enfants, et à 5 mn d'un chemin côtier très agréable (la plage est un peu vaseuse, mais une plage de sable est à 10 mn en voiture). La maison est propre et fonctionnelle. En revanche, malgré le "enfants bienvenus" de l'annonce, elle est peu adaptée aux plus jeunes. En termes d'équipements, il n'y a rien de plus qu'annoncé : un lit bébé et une chaise haute. Pas de table à langer (ni d'endroit pratique où en improviser une), pas de vaisselle adaptée, aucun jeu ou jouet. De plus, les propriétaires sont assez exigeants sur l'entretien de la maison et du jardin : c'est compréhensible mais parfois difficile à appliquer. À leur demande nous avons du notamment retirer certains couvre-lits pour éviter que les enfants ne risquent de les abimer. À savoir par ailleurs que le jardin n'est pas fermé. La rue sur laquelle il donne n'est pas très passante, mais tout de même. Un portail serait bienvenu. Au final nous avons tout de même passé un séjour agréable dans cette belle région.

Les propriétaires ont été très pointilleux à l arrivée sur l entretien de la maison ....Celle ci n était pas parfaite , l équipement est un peu juste et quelque peu vieillot ... pas de table à repasser ,de fer ,de sèche cheveux ,manque de bons couteaux , ciseaux..... De plus humidité peut être du au changement entre le temps frais et un jour de canicule .... Voilà , malgré tout un excellent séjour en famille Cordialement

Nous avons eu un excellent accueil des propriétaires. La maison est très agréable et très bien conçue pour plusieurs couples avec deux chambres au RDC et trois à l étage. Maison très lumineuse dans un bel environnement, à toute proximité de la mer, endroit propice à de belles promenades. Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésiter.

"We have returned after spending a very enjoyable week based in the quite hamlet of Le Duer outside Sarzeau on the Gulf of Morbihan. The house meet all our expectations and comfortably accomodated our party of 4 adults and 3 children. It is located 2 to 3 kms from Sarzeau where there are a number of supermarkets, local shops, restaurants and a Thursday morning market and is easily accesssable by car. Birdwatching on the local marshes in the Gulf is a popular local activity. In addition we filled up our days with between hiking, biking (very good bike rental shop in Sarzeau, local beaches as well as a day in Vannes (old walled city) an easy 30 minute drive away. Vannes is also a good base to take a boat trip to one of many islands in the gulf. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Madame V speaks English very well. They ensured that we did not miss some local highlights such as Petit Mont and Chateau Suscinio. We would highly recommend both the accomodation and the area for a family holiday."
