Agréable séjour dans petite maison indépendante dans secteur résidentiel maquis

Mini maison indépendante sympa, située sur le coteau (accès très en pente, pas hyper fonctionnel, fidèle aux chemins corses), au dessus de la route de Tizzano. On est pas du tout en bord de mer (on le savait ;)) et dans un secteur résidentiel de plusieurs maisons. Propriétaire particulièrement gentil, serviable et à l'écoute, c'est suffisamment rare pour être noté. On a manqué de rien ! :) Problème de volet roulant pendant notre séjour, nous obligeant à condamner la vue de la cuisine et contribuant à une ambiance sombre (changement en cours). Avec quelques remplacements matériels (les autres volets, TV, clim qui ont leurs petits caprices), la location serait grandement améliorée ! Les plans de travail de la cuisine sont à une hauteur inférieure à la norme, c'est l'occasion de demander contribution aux enfants ;) mais cela mérite d'être précisé pour les plus grands ! (conforme personne handicapée p-etre ?) 2 grandes chambres agréables, literie confortable et sdb neuve. Propreté : parfait. Jardin fermé sans vis à vis agréable. Prix du séjour compétitif pour le secteur ! Nous recommandons.

Une très agréable villa

Mr Chaput nous a reçu avec une grande gentillesse .Sa petite maison à l'état neuf est dans un enclos sécurisé par un portail électrique . Literie et vaisselle de très bonne qualité ,le petit plus une machine à café Nespresso . Quel plaisir de prendre le petit déjeuner en plein soleil sur la terrasse très agréable . Quelques éléments de décoration seraient cependant les bien venus dans un appartement aussi bien entretenu . Enfin un calme absolu de vrais vacances .

Rustige omgeving

Een heel mooi, zeer rustig gelegen huisje, veel privacy, met twee goede slaapkamers, mooie badkamer, airconditioning en goede keuken. De ligging is in een gehucht van circa 10 huizen op 20 minuten rijden van Sartene. Een auto is een must. Het terras in de tuin is heel fijn. Alles was mooi schoon en de eigenaar, die ook in het gehucht woont, is erg gastvrij. Een aanrader voor rustzoekers, wandelaars. Ook stranden zijn dichtbij, maar zijn soms alleen bereikbaar via onverharde wegen. Maar die zijn prima te rijden als je geen haast hebt. Wij zijn zeer tevreden over ons verblijf.
