Séjour très agréable.

Appartement très bien équipé (mixer, fer à repasser, linge de maison) tout est pensé pour se sentir comme chez soi. Le propriétaire est également très disponible et réactif. Le tout dans un environnement calme et soigneux à deux pas des commerces et festivités de Sartene. Je vous recommande cette location les yeux fermés, en famille ou entre amis.

Appartement très fonctionnel avec vue

L’appartement est très fonctionnel, bien placé et bien équipé. La vue est magnifique. La réactivité est au top. Certaines chambres peuvent être bruyantes et la climatisation manque en cas de canicule mais expérience positive au total.

Tres bruyant et ménage surfacturé pour 2 jours !!!

Très déçus. Soyons honnêtes : bel appartement moderne avec vue magnifique dans un beau village, MAIS (...) appartement extrêmement bruyant car en bordure de route très passante (réveil tous les matins par passages Incessants de gros camions dont les poubelles en dessous - attention à votre voiture !) et attitude navrante du propriétaire (la seule sur les 8 logements de notre road trip corse démarré le 15 août) : facturation de base très élevée pour le nettoyage (3h de ménage alors que nous sommes restés deux nuits...) et le propriétaire nous en rajoute 2 h se réfugiant derrière son contrat ultra verrouillé (/ estimation très subjective et personnelle de l’état de propreté des parties communes à notre départ...) via lequel il considère - à notre très grande surprise - l’appartement laissé sale (2 coussins du canapé, un tanquerville laissés dans le salon + 3 grains de sables dans la douche et des miettes de pain dans la cuisine). Scandaleux ! Nous saisissons arbritel pour signaler cet agissement et refusons de payer ce surplus que nous considérons abusif (j’ai pris des photos avant de partir pour éviter ce genre d’arnaque). Trop facile de procéder de la sorte pour récupérer un peu plus d’argent (5h de ménage pour deux jours passés à 80% en extérieur !... C’est presque risible). Bravo... comment donner une belle image de l’accueil Corse Mr Ollivier... honteux. Heureusement que nous avons rencontré de belles personnes en Corse. Région magnifique et habitants adorables.

Abbiamo soggiornato in quest’appartamento per una settimana nel mese d’ agosto. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l’appartamento è molto pulito e ben fornito di tutto quello che puó servire per cucinare e rilassarsi. Grazie alla sua posizione siamo riusciti a girare molte spiagge da Porto vecchio a Propriano anche se abbiamo dovuto fare dei lunghi viaggi con delle strade piene di curve ad andare e tornare, ma dato che l’appartamento si trova in montagna ne eravamo già consapevoli. La sera abbiamo trovato un clima decisamente più fresco ma piacevole. Molto carini i ristorantini che si trovano nel centro di Sartena che è a due minuti a piedi dall’appartamento.

Very pleasing stay. Great apartment in a nice town!

The apartment is very nice, altough the nearby street is apparently the main street in this town and therefore one of the bedrooms is quite noisy due to the traffic. The advertised parking spot was not usable during our stay, so we had to hunt for parking spots in the town which was kind of frustrating and would have caused major headaches if we brought the trailer w/ our motorbikes as we initially planned. Otherwise the apartment is almost like new, despite the currently ongoing renovation. The house itself is very quiet. There are some bars and restaurants relatively close to the apartment, which is very nice. The town even has a supermarket (Casino) where you can buy stuff for your every day needs. We used the apartment as starting point for various trips to the beaches (Propriano, Tonnara), mountain tops (Bavella) and canyons and also to other cities (like Bonifacio). The scenic view above the forests to the next city (Propriano) is absolutely magnificent. We will definitely consider this apartment again, if we ever go to Corse again.

Muy recomendable

Apartamento limpio,la cocina mejor equipada que hemos encontrado en todos nuestros viajes,el baño limpio pero es lo único que no se ha reformado y no esta acorde con el apartamento pero esta bien,se nota la falta de aire acondicionado.La señora Martina,muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar.
