The holiday home is located inside the tourist complex of Porto Columbu, 1km from Pula and 10 from the beaches of Chia and Teulada, the house is divided into 2 units, 30mt from the beach, served by a kiosk bar and beach equipment. The residence with its marina is served by rubber dinghy rental, pizzeria bar and restaurant, ice cream shop, pharmacy, ideal for evening walks.
