"Stayed one night and it was very nice lovely room with a beautiful view of the castle easy to find dinner and breakfast was very good and a very nice selection of wines would stay here again for sure "
"Room was clean and it was quiet. Breakfast was good but would have enjoyed an egg. I dont eat pork or beef. Everyone there was friendly and helpul. The bar was nice and I enjoyed having a cocktail. Prices are very reasonable in the bar. Deanna is very helpful.
The only downside is that i found the mattress to be hard for my preference. "
"This property is owner operated and your host Phillipe is quite charming.
The property is deep in the hills above Aosta.
There are no restaurants or markets. Nothing.
The charm of being there is that you can have a nice home cooked meal and breakfast in a 14th century building.
The beds were comfy with toasty blankets. We left the windows opened as the temps plummeted.
It’s worth taking a walk around the neighborhood. It’s altogether about a 1/2 mile but enjoyable.

"This was the best equipped apartment we ever rented; dishwasher & washing machine (including soap for both), coffee maker (incl. filters), herbs&spices, salt, sugar, TV with French and Italian channels, fridge, balcony, exterior shutters on all windows and doors plus fly screens on all windows to get fresh air in but keep the bugs out. There was plenty of space to store our cloths and sporting goods. The Wifi was good enough for at least 1440p (HD) streaming, possibly more but we didnt need any more.We were even welcomed with a bottle of local wine :-)On top of that the hosts are very friendly and speak good English. They provided great tips on hiking, cycling and restaurants. There is a spot to park right next door, and if your car isnt too big (think not bigger than VW Golf or similar) there's even a garage available. The location is quiet and very central in the Aosta valley, even the furthest places can be reached within an hour, local supermarkets within 10-15 minutes. We regularly saw both the Mont Blanc (Monte Bianco) and the Matterhorn (Cervino) on our hikes. What topped it all of for us were the views from the balcony and the dining table; three castles (lighted at night) plus the Grand Paradiso national park with the Grivola mountain peak."
