  • Nice restoration for this house, it has 2 bedrooms (a 140 bed and 2 bunk beds). Large living room with convertible sofa, fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, extractor, hob, microwave, freezer, fridge), washing machine. Bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. 102 cm television with game console.

    The garden, completely fenced and planted with trees of around 700 m², has an octagonal wooden above ground pool with a diameter of 5.27m and a height of 1.33m, a removable ladder for protecting children. Sun loungers available and garden table under an olive tree. Animals are accepted. Basketball hoop.
