"Staff went above and beyond. We requested for the use of the sauna as there was a large group of us and they were able to make this happen for us! Staff were friendly and very eager to help with all our queries. Hotel is a walking distance to train station and you can easily access the main attractions. The breakfast was delicious!"

"This was an amazing place to stay for my first stop in Milan , located in Cerro Maggiore. The staff was amazing and helpful in every way . Special mention to a gentleman called Diego . I had small issues checking in and him and the other lady staff handled me very well, kindly and professionally. I would definitely stay here again . Thank you so much."

"We had a very nice stay. The staff were friendly and the hotel was cool (on a very hot day), clean and welcoming. Our room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. I think we were unlucky with breakfast as the staff didn't keep on top of replenishing breakfast food, plates and cutlery which made it feel disjointed and a lot less relaxing then it should have been. Overall though we felt happy there."
