"Everything was perfect. The owner is so nice, she even let us check in before the expected time since we came from an emergency. She is so dedicated and careful with the place. "Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property looked exactly like the photos—spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was easy to find and came with secure parking, which was a huge plus. Betty (the host) went above and beyond, not only being incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay, but also sharing tips on local restaurants, markets, and attractions. Even after checkout, they kindly gave us suggestions for other places to explore on our European trip. Truly a 10/10 experience, and we’d happily stay here again!"
"the experience was horrible in that place I do not recommend it to anyone 1 it is not a hotel it is a motel and everyone knows what people go to motels for 2 apart from the fact that they lie by presenting themselves as a hotel when they are not they want to force you to stay there 3 there are no managers or supervisors 4 they retain passports when it is a completely illegal act, 5 they were making fun of my situation between them and that is a total lack of respect to the client, do not go there because your money has no value and not only the money but you as a person, despite all these inconveniences I requested a refund since I was not going to stay there and according to them when I was leaving on Friday they told me they would do it today Monday and today Expedia called them and they refused to return the money for a service they did not provide, in other words THEY ARE THIEVES"
"We had a surprisingly wonderful overnight stay here during a long journey. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the reception staff were kind and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with toiletries. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
There was plenty of parking, and the location is ideal for travelers, just off the highway. The on-site restaurant and bar offered tasty food and a good selection of drinks. Breakfast was satisfying, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.

"Clean rooms we had the suite with hot tub and shower in the bath , the staff were very friendly and smiley and helpful. The parking was right outside hotel safe parked. The breakfast wasnt cinsidering its continental breakfast, not keen on the bacon.. wierd colour. Over all lovely stay highly recommend. Spacious room comfy bed and pillows also had a keettle and coffee which most utalian hotels dont provide. "
"We stayed here for close proximity to lake Como and it was a great choice. The pool is gorgeous and we had a great swim. We stayed in a junior suite/suite with hot tub and it was a great space for two adults and a child. The food and cocktails at the restaurant are high quality. Lidl grocery store across the street. Just a great hotel overall. We visited the Alfa Romeo museum just a few minutes away which is highly recommended. You will need a car for this hotel and should not expect that it’s all that close to Milan city. We were very planful in determining location knowing this was a great option with a beautiful pool near lake Como versus staying in Como itself (which is very expensive). Do your research and you won’t be disappointed. Would happily return to this hotel any time. It is awesome"
