Located in Sarnonico in the region South Tyrol-Trentino, the holiday home ‘Landhaus Silene’ is nestled within beautiful nature. Boasting a mountain view, the charming house consists of an open living room with access to a private, ground-level terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a WC. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine with a dryer, underfloor heating and a highchair (upon request). In the natural garden with a lawn you will also find a swimming pond where you can cool down on warm days. Benches, tables, deckchairs and parasols in the garden invite you to unwind outside with a good book. The holiday home also boasts a private balcony. Restaurants, cafes and a bar can be reached on foot in 2-6 minutes and the nearest supermarket is just around the corner, a 1-minute walk away (96 m). The city of Bolzano (Bozen) is approximately 40 minutes away by car and the city of Merano (Meran) is an approximately 50-minute drive from the property. The ski resort Merano 2000 can also be reached by car in 52 minutes (43.4 km).

Tolles und sehr gut und stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus in wunderschönem Garten mit Schwimmteich, der zur Entspannung nach einem Wandertag einlädt. Viel Platz für Mensch und Hund - allerdings ist der Garten nicht durchgängig eingezäunt. Die Umgebung ist ideal für Freunde der Natur und bietet Wandermoeglichkeiten von unterschiedlichster Länge und Schwierigkeitsstufen. Der Gastgeber ist jederzeit erreichbar gewesen und stand immer mit freundlichem und kompetentem Rat zur Seite. Noch nie erlebt: es gab nicht nur zum Willkommen ess-und trinkbare Willkommensgeschenke sondern auch noch einen “gute Reise und schön, dass ihr da wart” Abschiedsgruß aus der Region! Eine wundervolle Geste, die in Erinnerung bleibt!

Traumhafte Tage im Trentino

Pros: Wir hatten eine absolut traumhafte Zeit im Landhaus Silene in Sarnonico! Das Haus ist einfach ein kleines Juwel – wunderschön, mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Man spürt sofort: Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, um den Gästen eine erholsame und unvergessliche Zeit zu ermöglichen. Der Garten mit dem Schwimmteich ist ein echtes Highlight – so liebevoll gepflegt, herrlich ruhig und einfach perfekt, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir konnten uns nach Herzenslust im Garten bedienen und das gesamte Grundstück mit diversen Sitzplätzen nutzen. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Helmuth, unseren wunderbaren Gastgeber. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Verabschiedung haben wir uns bestens betreut und willkommen gefühlt. Mit seiner herzlichen Art hat er maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass unser Aufenthalt so besonders wurde. Wir sind rundum glücklich, dass wir dieses wunderschöne Fleckchen gefunden haben – und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Cons: -

Tolles und sehr gepflegtes modernes Haus

Pros: Vor der Anreise wurden wir über alle wichtigen Dinge am Haus informiert. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt, modern und sauber. Hier wurden wir bei der Ankunft mit Wein und verschiedenen leckeren Dingen aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnt. Der Garten selbst mit Teich zum Baden ist ein Traum. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus lädt zum gemütlichen Ausklang des Tages ein.

Grossartig

Pros: Die Lage des Anwesens mit italienischem Dorfanschluss und dennoch fast Alleinlage mit einem herrlich gestalteten Garten inkl. Schwimmteich. Helmuth, der Gastgeber, war super freundlich und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Wir haben einige Köstlichkeiten zur Begrüssung vorgefunden :)! Reife Früchte im Garten waren zum Vernaschen freigegeben. Es ist ein wirklich toller Ort und auch guter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Wanderungen und Erkundungen in der Umgebung. Einkaufsmarkt, Bäckerei und Gelateria sind unweit entfernt. Das Haus ließ keine weiteren Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder :)!

Nous avons séjourné dans ce havre de paix. La piscine naturelle est relaxante et se fond dans le jardin paysagé. Le potager buffet et la vue sont magnifiques. Le logement est moderne, très fonctionnel, joliment décoré et bien achalandé. Tout y est pour se sentir comme chez soi. La literie est très bonne. Sans compter sur l’extrême gentillesse de Helmuth tout en discrétion et efficacité. Le logement est bien situé pour découvrir la beauté des Dolomites. A recommander sans hésiter.

Das Haus ist einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand. Sehr sauber.

Tolles Haus, beste Erholung

Das Haus ist modern mit allem was man braucht. Selten so ein komfortables Ferienhaus gesehen. Das Grundstück darum ist riesig mit einer sensationellen Aussicht. Ein natürlich angelegter Pool erlaubt Erfrischung. Der Gemüse- und Kräutergarten sieht nicht nur gut aus, sondern kann auch genutzt werden; was eben gerade wächst. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und uns prima erholt.

Ferienhaus mit wunderbarer Aussicht zum Wohlfühlen

Pros: Wir fanden neben dem wunderbaren Ferienhaus äußert nette Vermieter vor. Am meisten Spaß hat uns die Abkühlung im privaten Schwimm-Pool-Teich bereitet. Aufgrund der knapp 1000 Meter Höhenlage war es bei der Hitze äußert angenehm. Zum Wandern ist der Mendel- und Gampenpass in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Hier gelangt man auch nach Bozen und Meran. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschönes Haus mit Garten mit Blick auf die Berge

Pros: Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus, komfortabel eingerichtet- zum Wohlfühlen! Der Garten mit seinem Badeteich mit verschiedensten Sitzmöglichkeiten , einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge , dem Kräutergarten ergänzt das Haus, dass man sich rundum erholen kann. Die Eigentümer sind sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren! Cons: Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln- alles super!!

Tolles Haus mit Naturpool und großem Garten für Natur-und Ruhesuchende

Neues Haus aus auf großem Gartengrundstück. Ein Ort für Erholung aber auch guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Berge oder Meran. Wenn die richtige Jahreszeit ist, kann man sich den Salat aus dem Garten selber ernten. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieter Sabina und Helmuth!
