About this property

Single-storey apartment on large wooded garden with swimming pool

  • In the hills above Sarlat, our gîte awaits you for a peaceful, green holiday in the heart of the Périgord Noir, 3 km from the historic centre (5 minutes by car). Located on the garden level of our property, this two-room apartment features a private terrace with no overlooking neighbors, offering breathtaking views of the 3500 m² garden (shared 10x5m unheated chlorine swimming pool, sun loungers, and a swing). The location is ideal for exploring the region. Come and enjoy the gentle Périgord lifestyle and watch the deer emerge from the woods. The two rooms are cosy, comfortable, and welcoming. You will appreciate the ground-floor terrace opening onto the wooded and flower-filled garden. The garden and swimming pool are shared and are open from May to September. We live in this house and have children who play in the garden every day. We also have three cats, which you might meet. We have several baby items available; please don't hesitate to ask if you need anything. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

Elodie und Cyril sind sehr sympathische, zuvorkommende und gleichzeitig zurückhaltende Gastgeber. Wir hatten die Terrasse, den Pool und den riesigen Garten ganz für uns allein. Die Ruhe ist himmlisch. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
