Idealy located to enjoy our medieval town of Sarlat-la-canéda, in the heart of the valley of the Dordogne, our loft will be perfect for you to recharge your batteries and to enjoy typical villages of the Dordogne at the same time.
Indeed, situated in a very quiet dead-end street, it is barely 3 min from the historic centre of the city by car and close to all sites you may discover (Beynac, Laroque-Gageac, Castelnaud, Rocamadour, grottes de Lascaux...)

It is a fully renovated 90m2 house, on the ground floor of a large house.

There are 3 bedrooms with 2 beds of 160*200 and 2 beds of 90. We focus on the unparalleled comfort of the new bedding and on the superior quality of percale sheets.
There also are 1 bathroom with shower and bath, 1 independant toilet, 1 fully equiped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro-wave, fridge, good coffee machine) opened on 1 living room.

You can ask for baby equipment.

Wi-fi and TV are included.

Sheets and towels are not included. You can ask for it before your stay. Prices are : 18euros by big bed, 16euros by small bed and 8euros 2 towels per person.

Finally, you can enjoy the outdoor space because there is a wood terrace and an independant garden with all you need to relax (sunbed, garden table, barbecue)

There is also a relaxation area with a sauna 4 places
