We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. Prices overall for ski rentals food and beverage were extraordinarily expensive. The service was mediocre as was the selection of food. Lower prices in any European ski resorts with much more variety and better service. "
