Free tuk tuk shuttle service was excellent and saved time walking to main road. Room was very spacious and suited our needs perfectly. Downside was Several floors had construction works which slowed the use of the lifts

Great Place Great staff

The staff were friendly and helpful across the board, and the Club Lounge breakfasts were superb - think delicious made-to-order omelets and blueberry pancakes, not to mention the fulsome buffet with fresh fruit, veggies and legumes. Also, the hotel is in a central, convenient location.

We arrived at grande centre point Sukhumvit 55,it looked very posh and luxury,the check in service was very good indeed,did it all in five minutes,then we got in the lift up to 17 th floor,the place was very clean indeed,we opened our room it was nice indeed,the bed was a king size very common indeed,the bathroom was very nice as well,they had one of those Japanese toilets which washing your bum,the shower was very good pressure and always hot water,with this room we had a free minibar,soft drinks only.the staff were fantastic, very friendly indeed,the pool outside was good to relax in after a hard day on a tour.the breakfast was ok,it could of been better if it had more western choices,I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends,I be coming back and be staying at one of the other hotels in Bangkok and Pattaya.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here with a lovely big room and a great view. The staff were very, very nice.
