"The hotel staff were amazing. We were there for our anniversary and they were very excited to help with flowers, cake, champaign and a romantic dinner table on the terrace. Our air conditioner did not work and it was very hot. I informed the staff and they said they would fix it but did not arrive until 10 pm when we were already in asleep in bed.
