"Clean room, helpful and smiling staff"

"We arrived at the hotel having had an incredibly stressful day the previous day, resulting in no sleep for any of us, 2 anxious children & frazzled parents. From the moment we arrived, everyone was polite, courteous and made us feel incredibly welcome. Every one of our needs was met, even down to the tiny details (snacks in the room for the kids) to the bigger issues (letting us stay & use the facilities after checkout). The room was perfect. Plenty of space for us, comfy beds & decent air con. The setting was a slice of pure paradise. Even though there were plenty of guests, nowhere felt particularly busy. An absolutely perfect remedy to the stressful situation we had been in! "

"The open buffets were excellent. Accessibility to the amenities was excellent. The beach area was well kept. We enjoyed playing tennis on the clay courts. The staff was friendly and courteous. The only addition that we would like is to have a designated walkway to the villas. "

"On arrival the receptionist didn’t know where we had booked , I had printed off the booking information but this didn’t seem to help , We had to spend the first night in the wrong accommodation however manager in the morning gave us the correct accommodation "
