-Large semi covered terrace (30m²) with garden furniture, a table and 4 chairs and storage, overlooking the small garden (20m²) with 2 sunbeds and umbrella, breathtaking and unobstructed view of the sea.

-Swimming pool (10x5m ) overflowing into the residence standards (fenced + alarm).
