"We were given an upgrade and the junior suite was fantastic. We had space (not so good from an Eco viewpoint) and a view of the ocean. We hope that all future hotels are so comfortable."

"The property is located on a bluff overlooking the city….that makes walking to the Old Town longer…that is until our last evening when front-desk person let us know about a hotel elevator (why didn’t the check-in person let us know????) that takes a 1/2 kilometer walk away. Room and bathroom were nice though the windowless living room was not useful for us."

"Maybe the most convenient location in San Sebastian. It was so nice to be able to walk to any of our favorite pintxo bars in under five minutes. Also, if we wanted to take a break during the day, we were always within walking distance to the hotel. The staff was excellent, friendly, and very helpful with any questions we had. I will definitely stay here again."
