"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was very well prepared and served. The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough. It’s built on a steep hillside so be prepared to have a good workout for the thighs coming and going to the restaurant and reception areas if you wish to walk; gold cart transport service is available if you prefer. "Nice hotel, good location. Little things though, like the in room safe that didn't work, tv channels were not available and worst of all, a hotel driver hired to take us to the train station for an early morning train who didn't seem to know the way and didn't speak enough English to understand the instructions on GPS - took away from an otherwise positive experience."
