The property is located few blocks away from Broadway. It is highly convenient for shopping, dining and walking to Congress Park and other interesting places. Deter and Michelle are perfect hosts. Deter prepared fresh, healthy and delicious breakfasts every morning. Michelle helped us with ideas to see and explore this lovely town of Saratoga Springs.

NIce B&B in a beautifully restored Victorian Manor house. The innkeepers were attentive and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, it did not have a television or any of the amenities you would expect for the price we paid. That includes a safe for our valuable and refrigerator for beverages. The bathroom was dated, with a rusty sink and to shower, one has to climb into a clawfoot tub. definitely, a challenge and dangerous without grab bars.

This is the BEST bed and breakfast we’ve stayed at! Everyone we met was so sweet and helpful. Even though we only made it to breakfast one day, it was SO GOOD! I was worried about the room being hot in this heatwave but the fan was so cold, we’re thinking about getting one like it for our apartment. No issues with the room or stay at all. I loved sitting on the porch to watch fireworks, and the bed was incredibly comfy. Lovely neighborhood, short walk to the shops downtown. Highly recommend!!

Superb Experience!

Staying at Circular Manor was the highlight of our Saratoga Springs trip! Michele, Dieter, and Emma (their pup) are genuinely wonderful people and it was so refreshing! As a Victorian home owner, I know what it takes to love and care for these types of homes and you can tell they put their heart/soul into it. It was quiet at night, they offered parking which was a HUGE perk/relief, and the breakfast was better than what you can get at a restaurant! I'm not easily impressed now a days but they truly blew us away!! Definitely our best vacation stay to date! We can't wait to come back in the near future! Thank you for your spectacular hospitality!!
