"The cabin was very nice and clean but you could hear the traffic all night and couldn't figure out how to turn off the blinking lights on porch and network went down and couldn't use television"

"Stopped here on a longer road trip for just one night. The employees at check in were friendly. One was training, so things took awhile, which wasn’t fun after being in the car for 13 hours, but perfectly understandable. It has to happen and isn’t that big of a deal.
However, once we got to the room, I was less than thrilled. The bathroom was barely cleaned. The towels looked clean/replaced, but the toilet, was questionable. The outside certainly was not. There was toilet paper inside the bowl. The shower also looked dirty. I should have complained, but I was just too exhausted. And didn’t want to deal with the training. I checked the beds over and figured it was good enough for one night.
As for the rest… I can’t figure out either why only one floor doesn’t have an ice machine. I was too tired to go down to another floor to look for one. So I suffered with my lukewarm water. Breakfast was cold and we were there within 10 minutes of it opening. The French toast sticks also were a bit on the (rock) hard side. At least I was able to grab a cup of coffee. Probably for the best because the unattended breakfast had a little kid coughing all over everything. A host/hostess could have helped with the lack of parenting there. "
"Nice room, but outdated. Thankful for the roll-in/walk-in shower for my handicapped husband. Wish the air conditioning would go lower than 66, as it was 100 outside, so not completely cool in room 101. Excellent breakfast and staff there!"
"This was a very nice hotel. The room was clean upon check in. The staff was friendly and efficient with check in. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. This will be my go to hotel when I am in Texarkana!"
