Beachside Bliss: Family House-Siesta Key-3BR/2BA

Location is everything! Vacation Paradise and Your Home Away From Home just 3 miles away from the famous Siesta Key Beach. This gorgeous house is located in the prestigious Gulf Gate Estate! Relax with your family at this peaceful place to stay or explore the beautiful downtown filled with restaurants for any taste. The house was just completely renovated and updated. Everything is new! Enjoy spacious and private outdoor area for your morning coffee or a BBQ cookout with your friend and family.

THE SPACE:
A Beautiful newly renovated 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom house with a large outdoor area and all amenities that you would need for your vacation.
The house was fully renovated and has all new furniture and amenities. The spacious living room has a lot of natural light and very comfortable sofas as well as a Smart TV which will be perfect for family gatherings. A designated work space with a computer table is also located in the living room. High speed Internet is available throughout the entire stay and makes it perfect for remote working or schooling.

The master bedroom was has a king-sized bed and a Smart TV. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed. The third bedroom has two twin-sized beds. There are two full bathrooms in the house. The first bathroom is located in the hall in between two bedrooms and has a tub/shower, a sink, and a toilet. The second bathroom has a standing shower, a sink, and a toilet. Bedding, towels, body wash, shampoo/conditioner are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything that you need for preparing and enjoying your meal with friends and family.

The outdoor area has an outdoor furniture and makes it a perfect spot to gather and enjoy some time together. A BBQ grill (gas) is also provided.

The house is kid friendly and we provide a pack-and-play and a high chair upon request.
We do allow one well-behaved midsize dog with additional $100 pet fee ( for the entire stay). A pet cannot be left alone in the house and has to be under supervision of the owner. We do expect you to clean and dispose after your pet.

The beach is only 3 miles away! For your convenience we provide 6 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, a cooler, and some beach toys for children.!

Perfect location

The property was beautiful has everything you need and the Host are amazing. The property is in a perfect location to beach hop several beaches in the area, or even charter a fishing trip. Would definitely book again!

Good place for a family stay

Property was clean and easily accommodated six adults across three bedrooms. TV area, dining area and kitchen also accommodated us just fine. Location is south of town and that worked for us. Hosts had good communication and prompt replies to any inquiries.

Perfect location

Very pleased with the location to all that siesta key has to offer. Very local to where I needed to be, all the amenities we needed, and very clean. I loved the washer and dryer. So efficient.

Wonderful vacation

Our vacation started out by checking into this home away from home. It had everything that we were looking for and it was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and a nice neighborhood to take walks. Very close to Siesta Key Beach. Thank you to the hosts for a great stay! We will be back!!

Comfortable Home

We enjoyed the coziness and attractiveness of the home. The king bed was a dream to sleep in. The setup is very welcoming and the location is good. The weather was not very good for beach going, but if it was, this is a quick trip to Siesta Key Beach. We did take advantage of several good restaurants in the area. The hosts were very responsive and responded promptly to any questions we had.

Short stay for a beach getaway

This place was perfect for a short stay! The inside is beautifully remodeled and had all the things you needed to start your trip toiletries, towels etc. The carport was perfect since our stay was during a historic rainfall! Only negative I would say is that the outside does not match the inside. The outside is maintained but close by neighbors did not match the upkeep of this property.

Worth every penny

My husband and I wanted to get away for a bit from the crazy Miami City. When I started comparing prices for hotels on siesta key and local areas, I found this Hidden gem. For the price you would pay for a two-star hotel, You could get an entire beautiful house! Everything was immaculate and there were some items in the closet you could take to the beach with you, like an umbrella and an anchor. If we ever go back up with a larger group. We would definitely rerent this house. The location was perfect. Just a block away from local restaurants and about a 7-minute drive to siesta key. The backyard is enormous! So much potential there. I do love to grill but the weather was so hot I did not. Anyway 10/10 would recommend!

Great place to stay with family

Very clean recently renovated property. Things like beach toys, beach umbrella and beach chairs were a nie touch from host. Svetlana vas very helpful and checked a few times if we needed anything. Location is great. 7 minutes drive to best beach in the USA.

Wonderful stay

This staycation was amazing. We have never been to the area and staying here allowed us to be near enough to everything we wanted to visit. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond. The home was perfect. Clean and spacious enough to enjoy our movie night and game night. Definitely recommend.
