The Tropical Breeze Cottages are 3 individual homes for 1 great price they include The Flamingo Cottage ( VRBO#4802988) , The Coastal Cottage ( VRBO#4609156) and The Sea Shell Cottage (VRBO#7817783) with a Private Heated Salt Pool with sun shelf and coastal décor throughout each Cottage, you'll be living "The Florida Life" at The Tropical Breeze Cottages. These Cottages are ideal for families and large groups. The Tropical Breeze Cottage is located in close proximity to downtown Sarasota and 2.9 miles from Siesta Key Beach.

You will discover within a 1 mile over 100 amazing restaurants like Walt’s Fish Market, Bone Fish Grill, Connors Restaurant and Sonny’s BBQ to name a few and plenty of shopping at Southgate Mall. Trader Joe's, Aldi's and Publix are within easy walking distance. Tables, Chairs, Umbrellas and Lounge chairs are placed around the pool for those who like to sun- bathe. This home is perfect for large groups that want maintain some privacy as it is 3 home interjoined that share the heated pool area. Our host Ron was gracious and attentive to our needs. This is a perfect location close to the beach and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottages were lovely and spacious with toys and games to keep our grandchildren busy. The pool was a highlight. Everyone enjoyed it, especially the kiddos. The location is very central to the beaches, the airport and downtown.Randy is a responsive and flexible host. After booking the place, we had to make a date change and our host was gracious about the change. I highly recommend this property.

Family Trip To remember

What an incredible place to stay! It was amazing to have to not worry about the extra's.. TP, trash bags, hand soap, paper towels, Laundry detergent, towels, beach towels, etc, etc. Top Notch! I am an interior designer with my own design firm and the remodel was outstanding. Fabulous job! We had soo many laughs and soo much fun. What a great memorable trip for all 14 of us. This place is a wonderful place and we will be back again.

Perfect for multiple family vacation

Every year our three families and extra friends get together for a family vacation. These houses were perfect. We rented out all 3, and it gave us our own space while still allowing us all to gather at one house for dinner and card games each night. Out of all the Vrbo houses that I have rented over the years, this one was the most thoughtfully stocked. Truly, anything you needed was available, From cooking appliances, dishes, silverware, and all the standard things down to numerous beach towels, laundry soap, games, you name it. All of the details were extremely appreciated. Only semi complaint would be the air conditioning in one of the attached houses seemed to be on a timer and would stop cooling around 3pm and start cooling again around 3am, so the fans were necessary. I couldn’t figure out a setting that changed this. The neighborhood is a little run down but doesn’t feel unsafe. It’s really centrally located, you can walk to a lot of places if you want to. It’s about 15 mins driving to the closest beach, parking at the beach can be tough but there are several beaches to choose from. Very nice stay.

Loved this property!

We had a great time here with family! We rented all 3 houses for our 25th anniversary so that each family had their own house but we were still altogether. If we did have an issue the property manager came right away! We hope to stay here again!

Minnesota Visits Florida

Our stay was wonderful. The 3 cottages worked out perfectly for our families. Each family stayed in their own unit. Grandkids had a ball and we ALL enjoyed the pool. We usually did and outing in the morning. We loved the beach in Siesta Key. We also went to Venice beach to look for shark's teeth. The afternoons were devoted to the pool in the back yard shared by the 3 units. So much great family time around that pool. We took advantage of having a grill and having a washer and dryer was awesome. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping were only minutes away. All three were clean with amenities in good supply. We would definitely stay again and recommend these cottages to friends.

Incredible family vacation

Awesome location, incredible place. We really enjoyed, as a big family we had the entire place for ourselves. Although the hot weather we really enjoyed the pool, shades and umbrella strategically placed around. The cottages were clean and have every thing we need to make us feel good. Beautiful beaches, even watched dolphins. Thank you Ron, Ken & Donna, we will repeat!

Wedding Vacation

The Cottages were phenomenal for our family. It was perfect to have multiple places to stay and a private heated pool in the middle. The place was very clean and everything couldn’t have gone better! We will be back.
