Smoking permitted ONLY IN GRASSY AREAS. (Not on back porch!) Dispose of all cigarette butts. Fines may be issued if violated. Cameras on premises
No balloons in/around pool. If using the fire pit, please place it on concrete pad in the back yard. No candles or open flames inside.
