The summary letter of all that's included and necessary codes is great. Maybe add a bit about how to run TV. 2 remotes nothing would connect. Would have like to catch up on local news at end of the day.

Cute and convenient

Sarasea Circle is a cute little haven of smaller resorts tucked away in what seems the best part of Siesta Key. The beach is a short stroll from the unit, and there is a little private area for the resort. It really does have the softest sand in the area. Restaurants and shops are nearby as well. Watching the sunset and lounging in the hot tub afterwards were evening rituals after a day on the beach. But if you go to the tub later in the night there are often a bunch of neighborhood fence hopping teens crowding in it. There is a camera but they (the proprietor and the teens) just seem to ignore it. The unit itself was just right for the 2 of us. One thing that could improve it would be a couple of chairs or a bench and small table outside for an outdoor area to hang out - which most other units had. There is definitely space for it. It was nice to make breakfast every morning in the small kitchen. All other meals we dined out. There is some wear and tear - the bathroom could be updated, but it was clean and spacious. The dishwasher baskets have holes large enough for silverware to fall through. The bed could be firmer and a comforter or duvet would have been nice. Overall we enjoyed our week and loved the place and would come back.

It was very hot and we had to stay in our room when we weren't at the beach as there was nowhere to stay cool. Last time we stayed here we were able to use the pool next door. Can't have a resort in Florida without a pool.

Lets start with the positive... The room is clean and the location is good. During our stay, we experience trouble with the A/C system in our room. During the night, it started to make noisey and loud gargling noises that prevented us from sleeping for many hours. Of course we were disapointed about it but things like that happens. We were altough extremely dissatisfied on how we were treated by the staff. We left voicemails as well as went to speak with them a few times and NOTHING was done to fix the situation. The front desk lady even did not show up for half a day. Same thing happened the second night!!! When we brought it up to them, once again, they did not care at all about having to deal with that for a whole weekend. I have worked in hotels for many years and never saw people not caring at all this way.

Yearly Siesta Key Trip

We come every year and these were awesome accommodations. Spends hours at the beach with the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Would love to stay here again.

Great little spot!

We loved our VRBO stay here. It was the perfect location, the beach steps away and food, drink, shopping just a short walk. We didn’t even need a car! The condo has all amenities with a pool, hot tub, and everything you would need inside. 5 stars and would recommend! Would love to stay here again!

Only suggestion would be to see if you can bump-up the wireless signal for TV, weak signal because too far away from router, might want to consider putting "extenders" in the rooms to help with weak signal.
