  • Welcome to The Palmieri - the ideal Sarasota family vacation destination! Minutes from DT, Siesta & Lido beach, our beautifully styled home features an incredible backyard with a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, playland, and a shaded lounge. Spacious and open inside, with a fully equipped kitchen, and all the cozy feels of home. The finished garage houses beach supplies for your convenience, and thoughtful touches throughout combine comfort & luxury for an unforgettable experience.

    Inside and outside the Palmieri was designed for relaxation, cozy vibes, and thoughtful details that will make your stay incredible. There are beach supplies for your use, plenty of cozy throws to cuddle up with, board & card games, designer shampoos, beautiful and comfy bedding. The kitchen is truly fully equipped with amenities like a blender, toaster, quality pots & pans, sharp knives, and everything you will need to cook a beautiful dinner at home. A charcoal Weber grill is located outside by the wet bar area, so you can both grill and eat outside while you watch the kids play in the heated pool (moderate upcharge).

Great spring break with kiddos

The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The kids loved the pool and playset. Plenty of room for everyone. The location was great also - short drive to the beaches, restaurants, and golf!

Moms back to school break

This location is perfect for a short drive to anywhere you want to visit in the Sarasota area. Lyn was very friendly and informative about the property. This house checks all the boxes in a rental.

Clean and well appointed! Lyn is a wonderful host and great communicator. First booking ended up being during Milton. She gladly let us switch our dates. House was perfect, beds are so comfortable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Getaway!

Lyn was so accommodating from day 1. She replied to my many questions very promptly and politely. Upon arrival she communicated very well, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The Palmieri was very private even with close neighbors. The neighborhood was quiet and in our week there we had no disturbances. The location is within walking distance to a park that our younger children absolutely loved as well as Scoops & Sprinkles (ice cream) that my teenagers view as a necessity to be with in walking or biking distance of. I definitely recommend The Palmiere for so many reasons!
