Main suite w/ king bed, walk in closet and en-suite. 2nd bdrm, w/ king bed, with easy access to second full bathroom. Full sized washer/dryer unit. Dinners at club house. Golf membership transferable for fee.
The space
First floor living. Quick and easy access to parking, pool, tennis courts, cabana with restrooms & bbq area. Less than a mile walk to Club House dining, another pool, hot tub, work out facilities, and golf. Great, safe community environment great for retirees and families alike.
Guest access
With the exception of two locked closets, renters have full use of condo space, laundry, a/c, and kitchen. Shared use of pools and other facilities.

Directions for accessing the gated community will be provided before check-in.
