RVA offers Silver Sands Gulf Beach Resort. Located beach front on beautiful Longboat Key, this resort offers all the amenities of a large hotel with the privacy and seclusion that has Silver Sands guests returning each year. Relax on our private beach, walk on our soft white sand, take a dip in our heated beachside pool, or enjoy a complimentary chaise lounge and beach umbrella while breathing in the fresh salt-water air. Practice your golf game on our putting green or relax on our beautiful beach with your favorite novel. Wireless Internet access is available in the privacy of your individual unit, at the garden area or on the pool deck.



Accommodations: Silver Sands Gulf Beach Resort is a relaxing retreat located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the northern-end of Longboat Key. Choose from our various unit styles including hotel rooms, one- and two-bedroom garden view units, and one- and two-bedroom beach front units.

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation at Silver Sands. The unit was very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was steps to the beautiful beach and pool, no need to save chairs, there were plenty. Several restaurants were within walking distance. The weather was perfect!We will be back!

Great location, friendly staff, vrbo needs updated cooking pots/pans dishes, etc. Probably to be expected after the hurricane, but if open, then these need to be updated so people staying have the ability to eat in while there. Otherwise, great stay, all you need for the beach!

There were plenty of pool and beach toys for the kids. We greatly appreciated the available lounge chairs and umbrellas. Will be planning another stay soon!

The Unit was roomy, quiet location in complex even though next to parking; the trees and shrubs give you a lot of privacy, especially as an end unit. Kitchen well equipped and CLEAN! Good water pressure, HOT water, lots of towels, pullout couch. Bed is a full-size, small but cozy and comfy. Nice enclosed/screened patio with a table and chairs; again CLEAN! Good HVAC. Only suggestion would be to replace the bed pillows, but we always bring our own so it was not an issue.

Perfect Stay on the Beach

We had a relaxing, peaceful stay at Silver Sands right on a beautiful 10 mile beach. Our efficiency was comfortable and cozy with a functional kitchen for cooking in. We had access to umbrellas and chairs for the beach and poolside. Lots to do if you wanted to venture out or stay and walk the beautiful endless beach. We will be back!
