This was a great little place for my daughters and I to stay over spring break.It was comfortable, very clean. Host was responsive and was flexible about check in and check out time. The real standout feature about this place is the location. One short block to the beach access and a few minutes to walk into town where all of the restaurants and shops are. There were lots of spring breakers while we were there and even on some of the rowdier nights, we heard very little noise from inside this tucked away unit and never enough to interfere with sleep.We definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved the location. A one minute walk to the beach and five minute walk to town. The condo was completely stocked with beach accessories, towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and a wagon. We had a perfect stay.

My husband and I enjoyed this rental so much. The location was perfect, the air conditioning was so cold, and the bed was very comfortable! The host provides beach essentials (i.e. towels, chairs, coolers, wagon), all you need to bring is the sunscreen. I would definitely recommend this location for your stay in Siesta Key.
